Cassandra Lee, Honbria Lee, George Wong, Curtis Lee and Rebecca Lee who just went to Project Shine Summer Trip 2017, they went to a local church in North York on Oct 1 and shared their PSST experience, below is a sharing from our alumni, Rebecca Lee…..
“We had the opportunity to pray with local church in North York. As well, we had fun setting up a booth to share our Project Shine Summer Trip 2017 experience. We reminisced on our memories of the dorms where our students lived, their smiles, and their kindness and genorisity. We miss them very much, but we remember them as we shared a slideshow about their lives and how much they sacrifice to go to school, and to help their families too. Each alumni had a touching story about how they got to know the city of Huanjiang and experienced the love of Christ in rural China.
We met some great brothers and sisters at the local church in North, and hope to visit other churches sharing about Project Shine. We also look forward to participating in the 14th annual fundraising gala for CRRS on October 15th at Premiere Ballroom.
Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid. For the Lord your God goes with you. He will never leave you nor forsake you.”
